WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - Warren County Career Center (WCCC) is a partner in Connect Ohio’s statewide Every Citizen Online (ECO) broadband training project and is providing free basic computer training to any interested adult.
The free computer and Internet basics course is helping area adults connect and communicate online in ways many people take for granted. The classes helped Warren County resident Philip Robison learn basic computer skills and how to set up an e-mail account.
