Public Awareness Campaigns
The Every Citizen Online (ECO) Public Awareness Campaign will direct the public to libraries and computing centers for access, training, and an opportunity to adopt broadband use in their daily lives.
The professionally developed campaign includes the use of TV, radio, newspapers, and point of presence materials reaching millions of Ohio households. The main goal of the public outreach campaign is to guide the public to a call center where respondents will identify their local facility.
