At the close of 2015, funds from the state that support our broadband outreach, education and assistance programs ceased. Immediate impacts on our services include no further updates to Ohio's broadband maps & research, all broadband service coverage validations are terminated, no support for broadband inquiries submitted in 2016.
Access to broadband is important to all Ohioans and we will seek to restore state funding through the General Assembly in order to continue to serve as the state's reliable resource for broadband questions and concerns from providers, state and local officials, businesses, communities, and residents.
