Time Warner and Charter Announce Details of Upcoming Low-Cost Broadband Offering

Last week, Charter Communications released the details of the low-cost broadband service offering that will be available to low-income consumers, pending its merger with Time Warner Cable (TWC) and acquisition of Bright House Networks (BHN). This low-cost program could have a potentially large and beneficial impact on broadband adoption in Ohio.
