ECO Participants Propel Job Search After Taking Program at Elder Tech-Reach

Tech-Reach of Elder High School is a recent partner in Connect Ohio’s digital literacy program, Every Citizen Online (ECO), which has trained more than 24,000 people on the basics of how to use a computer and the Internet. Inaugural Board for FirstNet Public Safety Network Announced
