If you believe that education, healthcare, economic development, agriculture, and public safety are important in Ohio then you are as excited as I am about House Bill 378 passing the Ohio House of Representatives by a vote of 85-11 on April 11, 2018.  All of those aspects of our lives are touched by our access to high-speed internet (broadband). How this Broadband Bill Could Impact Health Care, Education, Your Job

Nearly a dozen representatives from Ohio universities and economic groups voiced their support for House Bill 378 through written and oral testimony submitted to the Ohio House Finance Committee. On Thursday June 22, Connect Ohio’s Stu Johnson arrived through the back doors of Idea Stream, WCPN’s NPR news station for The Sound of Ideas public affairs show.
